Week of 12/11 - 12/18

・Find models who have influence and whose followers on Instagram are over 1000.

・Take photos of famous models wearing Suzuken clothing. 

・Post their photos on both Instagram accounts every day, using scheduled posts.  (basically, at 5pm)

・Create a post about new clothing for the holidays. In short, we ask viewers what sort of clothes such as a hoodie, jacket, or sweater, they need and want to buy.

・From this post, make clothes which is the most popular and have the most comments.

・Make a video about the history of my brand, theme, and so on in order to let everyone know about Suzuken and get new customers.

・At the end of this week, Make sure to check how these posts worked. How many followers have increased? How many people visited my Instagram account?


Week of 12/18 - 12/25

・Announce about the new arrival, and start to sell them. ( This is for a Christmas or New Year)

・At the same time, post a photo and ask followers what kinds of accessories you need, such as a neckless and earrings.

・Provide 25% discount tickets, which are available for the followers, and the due date is from 12/18 to 1/1. (We can make more profit during holidays by offering coupons.)

・In this week, those who bought our products and when made a review, can get a 20% off coupon. ( Get customers' opinions to make my goods better)

・Post photos of the models wearing our clothing at 5pm every day.

・Celebrate the Chrismas on my account as a story that is Instagram function.

・Post a reel and show our products' coordination which is suitable for Christmas.

・Analyze how these campaigns bring benefit to my company and how many followers have increased.


Week of 12/25 -1/1

・Offer the special discount just on January 1st. (Buy one get one half price) During this week, it is a big event all over the world. Therefore, this is a big chance to make a profit and for everyone to know.

・Post most sold clothes in this year, 2022.

・Make a video of many types of coordination using the most popular clothing in 2022.

・Show our appreciation for this year and next year, 2023 as a post which is created by a professional designer. Using their unique work.

・Post photos of the models wearing our clothing at 5pm every day.

・Go google analysis and see how visitors engage with our Instagram account.


Week of 1/1 - 1/8

・Post photos of the models wearing our clothing at 5pm every day.

・Analyze the results gained in the last three weeks: how many followers have increased, how many people visited this Instagram account, how much profit did we make, was there an effect of posting every day, and so on.

・If these actions work well for this business, keep doing them. If not, consult with a professional in marketing strategy, and improve my strategy and business.

・Start to sell accessories that has the most vote.

・Find a brand that makes collaboration products with us in order to get new customers.
